This 8-week program provides you with the most effective way learn how to twerk. The program contains a variety of techniques which you can do in the comfort of your own home, out of the town, or wherever you like!

Online Twerk Program Description:

The Twerk program is designed to teach you how to twerk most effectively, step by step, with detailed explanations for each move.

The program is set up, for three sessions per week, with each session lasting 35 minutes – an effective workout that fits your routine!

Since all the content is recorded and available for watching at any time, you can do less than three workouts a week, or if you want, you can do more.

Another advantage of the digital program is that you can practice at the pace that suits you! You can stop the video and repeat it until you succeed.
Every session includes a warm-up and cool-down that is very recommended to do before and after the Twerkout.

Despite the program being focused on your booty, you will also work on other muscle groups: legs, back, abs, and arms.

During the program, you will learn 12 different Twerk techniques. Each week you will be learning two twerk techniques. Once you have learned them all, we will combine and practice everything through two Twerk choreographies that will strengthen your technique even more and takes you to the ‘next level’.
